Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. What console systems do your guitar controllers work with? A. Currently our guitar controllers are compatible with PlayStation 2® and PlayStation 3® only. We will be offering XBOX 360 and Wii versions in the near future. Q. What games do your guitar controllers work with? A. Our guitar controllers work with all versions of Rock Band® and Guitar Hero® including the new Guitar Hero 5® game.
Q. What images can I get on my guitar controller? A. Right now we are offering the guitars on our website and have over 40 other band images that will be available as we upload them to the website.
Q. Can I get a custom image on the guitar controller? A. Yes, you can get a custom image on your guitar controller, however extra charges are applicable at this time. To order your custom image, please contact us via email with your request.
Q. I am an avid sports fan, do you only offer band images, or do I have to custom order the guitar? A. Yes, we will be offering college sports teams’ images on our guitar controllers in the near future, but we can custom images for you as well.
Q. How does a Riffmaster differ from other guitar controllers on the market? A. The award winning AG RiffMaster® is the only custom full size, true weight/balance, wooden guitar controller for RockBand® and GuitarHero® enthusiasts. Each unit uses authentic materials including metal frets, chrome bridge and tuning pegs, a rosewood fretboard, and a single piece contoured maple neck. The RiffMaster® wouldn’t be an ArtGuitar® without the ultra high resolution graphics applied to the unit using ArtGuitar®’s patented print technology applied to the body of the guitar. |
